Objective: In order to provide a quality health service, the awareness of traditional practices healthcare providers, especially nurses, is as important understanding illnesses and perception those receiving care their approaches contemporary practices, because nurses' own cultural values beliefs can affect decisions attitudes toward patients. .
 Methods: This descriptive study was performed with female nurses children working in university hospital. The sample not determined by using any special method selection. completed participation 316 who volunteered participate study. rate 82%. Data were collected from October 2018 April 2019 survey form developed researchers based on literature 
 Results: Of 91.5% thought but 8.5% that such unimportant prevent/resolve health-related problems. most common first three implemented prevent puerperal fever included fortieth-day baths (44.3%), praying (37.3%), staying home alone (28.2%). Conclusion: It for be aware viewpoints against transcultural providing service this direction
